Re: [IPk] URGENT travel insurance

I've spent a couple of years living in Colombia and Australia and found it
easier to take a stock pile of supplies with me. I can fit a years worth of
supplies into a carry on. I put the insulin into a small cooler with an ice
pack and refrigerate it when I arrive. I never check my supplies since I've
heard some horror stories related to diabetics losing there luggage. I also
get a letter from my doctor explaining my medical history and my need for
the supplies. I was nervous about flying from Bogota into the states with a
bag full of syringes. Surprisingly, I never got hasseled.

Have fun.

Subject: [IPk] URGENT travel insurance

I will not be covered for repeat prescription charges for insulin so I'll
have to take at least 9 months worth with me or pay for it while I'm there.
Does anyone have any alternative advice regarding this?

I really hope that someone can help me. Please email me
