[IPk] leptin trials hopefully to replace insulin

hi every one just wondered if any one has heard of leptin been searching on
computer at moment been tested on mice and has been very sucessful saying
that it could be used to replace insulin for type 1 diabetes just wondered
if any one has recent up dates on  when it will be tryed on humans with
diabetes or any info on what stage it is at momment  many thanks
