RE: [IPk] Insuring Insulin Pumps and FAQs
Paul,
This is a question I asked of the group when I first went on the pump last
September. I got several replies, with varying comments - but all seemed
cheaper than the #50 MY insurance company required (I won't be re-newing with
them).
These repeated requests may be on a FAQ part of the web site - but the fact
that I (and I suspect many others) don't know if they are, or where to look
would indicate that perhaps more publicity and communication is necessary.
I'm not sure who administers the web site, or where it is done, ( I am not
even sure I have the correct web site - maybe its address -
http://www.insulin-pumpers.org.uk/ - should be in the footer of the emails).
I would be happy to help if required, maybe just be putting like-subject
emails into one "bin" and sorted by their subject matter so that they can be
read by members to the group with a question that is frequent (FAQ for those
that didn't know).
