[IPk] CGMS Help Please

Hi all

 I have a CGMS meter fitted and every time i put a blood sugar value in I get a
calibration error signal. I have been on to the helpline and they can't figure
why it keeps doing this. I have used two different blood sugar meters to ensure
there was no faulty there. Can anyone give me any advice what to do as I really
don't want to loose the potential info this machine can give me.
