Hi my name is vic and have been a diabetic for 40 years and when i was being
tough to fill my siring from the insulin vial we had to inject air in to the
vial   so this is what i do you will see when you try that when you do this
the preshear in the vial will push the insulin in to the reservoir but be
careful that you do not let air in by not keeping the reservoir strait  try
it and best of luck
