Re: [IPk] Bank Holidat Monday

Hi Donald and Jackie
I never even thought about Easter eggs this year. But then, I don't have
much to do with children, and I haven't been shopping for ages as I've been
too busy, so haven't noticed the hard sell of eggs....I went to church on
Easter Day and then went to Birmingham to watch my dance teacher in a
competition. We then went out for a curry, and when I got home (well, to the
friend I was staying with) my BG had shot up to 18! I bolused 5 units and
went to bed (it was 3am and I was shattered). Bad move, as when I got up at
9am, my BG was still 18! I changed infusion sets and everything was fine.
Not sure if it was due to the old infusion set, or the curry, or a
combination of both. Of course, I should have changed sets last night, but I
was too tired....

Jackie, glad that Sasha could have her chocolate anyway! Of course, I could
have had Easter eggs, but I'm trying to lose weight.....

I missed all the exciting Easter TV programmes because my TV died on
Thursday. I'm getting a new one but won't get it till Wednesday. The good
thing is it's at least made me do things in the evening instead of sitting
in front of the TV - and since I'm moving house this week I have a lot to
do!
Hope everyone had a good Easter anyway.
Di
