[IPp] Re:

It is $450 to upgrade. We use the Freestyle meter and I am not happy abuot
using a new meter to connect with the new Paradigm. I haven't upgraded yet,
but Ry's CDE says we should really consider it. I would rather go with the
Cozmo, but we haven't finished paying off his Paradigm 511 yet LOL! Our
insurance only pays max of $3000/yr of major medical so we can't get a new
pump until a new year starts and then we still have the prob of paying the
balance out of pocket. I really like the Cozmo, I have seen it, and think
it is ideal. Plus, it works with the Freestyle! Freestyle is coming out
with a new meter too that has a backlight and a lit strip insertion area and
a glow in the dark end of the strip so we can find them in the middle of the
night - way cool huh? I am waiting for a few months to decide on the new
Paradigm for the reason you stated - get the bugs worked out :)
