We buy the sets called Comforts or Tenders or Silhouettes?? spelling bad
with this flu..... We order them in 5 sets with tubing and 5 sets without
tubing. We change the tubing every second time with no problems ever from
that.

So I guess it is up to the person using to do what they feel right about it.
