Re: [IPp] Insulin Duration
To echo what someone else recently replied about this, we were told that the
BG should not go up more than 100 points at the 2 hour mark. This is
helpful, I find, if we start out out of range. At least I can still
determine if the meal boluses are appropriate. For what it's worth, our
duration is set for 3.5 hours and is still probably a bit too long (we
recently decreased it from 4 hours, because the IOB readings always seemed
too generous).
