[IPn] college industrial engineering project
Hello Pumpers and Friends,
A young woman studying to be an industrial engineer is seeking our help
with her final project before graduation. Her project is simplify and
make more interesting those dull boring user manuals that we receive
with our pumps, meters, etc.... Below, you will find her questionaire
for the project.
If you are interested and can take the time, please read and fill out
the questionaire. Who knows..... maybe she will be writing the next
manual you receive with your pump ;-)

Questionnaire
Please fill out this questionnaire directly into this word-document and
mail it back to me. Just write your answer right after each question.
In this questionnaire "manual" means the instruction-material that

Once again thank you for helping me - your answers will form the basis
of my project.

About instruction
o Try to think back to when you got your present injection pen/ insulin

o Did you use any form of manual/instruction for your pen/pump at home?

The e-manual is an electronic version of the package insert
instructions on the Internet. It contains the same information and

Experience an e-manual
Now, I will introduce you to an e-manual with instructions for the use

you use, but that does not matter. My goal is to get your opinion of
the e-manual as a new instruction tool for diabetics. You will find the
e-manual through the following link:
