We actually just made the switch from Lantus to the pump.  We have two extra
vials of Lantus (plus one I will keep for an emergency) that someone can
have.  I didn't want to throw it out, but didn't know what to do with it.

Michelle did fine on the Lantus, we just wanted the finer control of the
pump, and Michelle wanted fewer shots. :-)
