Dear Sybil,
  I have also found, in Jessy's case, that every single time she goes on an
antibiotic, she gets a yeast infection.  I automatically get her over the
counter Lotrimin everytime we get her an antibiotic, wait until she starts
getting irritated, and have her put it on.  She hates doing it, but does
eventually relent out of discomfort.
