Re: [IPp] school

My daughter Kaycee is almost 9. She goes to the nurse to test and bolus.
There is no lunch program in her school so she only eats what we pack.If
there are any parties or special events the nurse has been trained and knows
what to do. If the nurse needs advice she calls me at work. Since Jacob is
so young you might want to think about a classroom aide that would be there
to help him.I have heard that school districts will pay for an extra person
to help with D kids. The kids in the class think the aide is there for
everyone so there is no stigma attached. Jacob would probably only need it
until he was older and more independent I think you need to use a 504 to
get the aide. Maryann mom to Kaycee 8 dxd 10'00pumping 10/01
