[IPp] Digital Scales
Hi everyone,
Well, I just bought a digital scale. It is by Salter. Now, how do I use it?
Anyone out there using digital scales please HELP. Do I need to buy a
special book? How do I figure out how many carbs are in the food I weigh? What
is
the calculation to turn it in to carbs? This scale has only two
buttons...one is the on/zero button and the other says KG/LB. I am so excited
to finally
start weighing foods to get the exact carb count, but have no clue how to use
this thing.
