[IPp]Re: Testing In The Classroom

Emily(15 dx'd at 13) started testing in the class room in november 2001 (she 
was 14).  She started testing because the endo wanted her to test 10-13 
times a day for "pre pump" logs.  She also started testing and injecting in 
the class room after she got fed up with the nurse never being there at 
lunch time.  She was never the because she was on her(the nurse) lunch 
break. <- the nurse being on her lunch break while the kids go to lunch is 
not reasonable, because if you think about it most kids(diabetes, add, adhd 
or what ever) would take there meds at lunch--- so what i am trying to say 
is that the nurse should take her lunch break before or after the kids
