RE: [IPp] dual wave

I am finding that the more I use the dual wave (combo bolus for us),
the more I like it. I am using it every day now, sometimes twice a
day, and her numbers are so much better with it.

I've been experimenting, figuring what percentage the fat is in
relation to the carbs, and using that for my split - carbs on the
front end, fat percentage on the back end. How do you figure your
split?

Abigail - 4 Genevieve & Gracie - 3

Subject: [IPp] dual wave

Pancakes are tricky. They start to work so fast its hard to catch
that first spike. we always get the insulin started a good 15 minutes
before the pancakes. we dual 50% 50% over 2, works like a charm most
of the time. we dual wave for anything that has fat in it so we are
using the dual most all the time. it's a great feature. Lori
