Re: [IPp] pizza question



I weigh the pizza and use  a carb factor of .28  It has worked out great for
us.  I got it from the Insulin Pumping book and have tested it against Pizza
Hut, Domino's and Papa John's published carb counts.  It has correlated very
well everytime.  And we see good numbers  when dosing based on this method.
For me, it's much easier to weigh it than to try to find a slice that really
is cut evenly to be 1/8 of the pizza.
