RE: [IPp] Pump Reps...

o.k.. o.k. As I think back to when he had only the pump, I didn't
really talk to her too much. But then I started needing ammo up for our
doctor's appointments when we were trying to get the UW to give us a
prescription for the CGM. Then I needed her to help us get the sensors
to work out. And in the last few months, we talk a lot because of the
insurance efforts. I also compile information for a chart that compares
the different CGM models for another list, so I ask her lots of
Medtronic questions.

So it might not be the norm to have a relationship past the sale with
your rep., but it is a possibility. And it can be really helpful to
stay in touch with them.

Andrea's been on a pump almost 3 years. I have never bothered with our
rep. We shopped all the pumps by features, online demos, etc., and
then
made our decision.
