[IPp] Ultraflex sites (Was Sil Serter/Emla Cream)

Amelia is pumping with the Disetronic H-Tron. The Ultraflex sites are
made by Disetronic but I believe they are univeral with all pumps. A
quick call to Disetronic could confirm that as I am definately no
expert! They resemble a thumb tack but the metal needle comes out,
leaving only the plastic catheter in. They go straight in, not at an
angle. They disconnect very easily. We like them because they are no so
imtimidating (we were using the tender's before) and go in quick! Tubing
comes in two lengths which is convenient! Hope this helps. I am sure
there is a picture on the disetronic website if you want to view them!

To Cheri McCurdie,

Tell me about the flex infusion sets - who makes them. What are they
(metal or flexible tubing). What pump do they go with?

Curious mom,
