Re: [IPp] Stomach Virus

Well then I'm pretty sure ours won't cover it, found out today our copay for
Insulin just went up...I have no idea how Stephanie will be able to afford
all of this medicine when she does have a job and is on her own. I
personally don't think these meds should cost so much, I feel for the people
that can't afford them now. Let us know if they do cover it Mary, you would
think preventative medicine would be cost effective to them, but its not!

mom to Stephanie, age 13, dx'd at 4
pumping since 8/11/03 (COZMO)

$1 or $2 per month is needed so that Insulin Pumpers can continue to

After reading all these about kids ending up in the ER with the flu, I'm
going to call our Dr. and see if I can get a script for Stephanie just to
have on hand, we have the suppositories but if this stuff works better I'd
rather use that. Is anyone else ready for spring??

The doc warned us that the zofran is expensive and insurance would probably
fight us on it. The bill for the ER and overnight stay is over $5000
so it seems like the zofran might be worth it to the insurance co!
