Sarah,

 The bumps are only on his face and neck....and they resemble goosebumps.
They're not red or itchy at all. In fact, they don't even bother him and I'm the
one that noticed them, he didn't even know they were there till I pointed them
out! He hasn't had a fever and feels good otherwise......
