RE: [IPp] David is trying to decide on a pump

Can I vouch for that!! Z's pump died several weeks into pumping, not sure
why. (I know, not a good sign) But within 35 mins of calling Animas support,
we had a loaner pump at our front door, and this was on a Sunday afternoon.
Then with this loaner on her side, we waited for the brand new pump to be
delivered on Tuesday. Z didn't even have to skip one hour of basals. I had
read about this great customer service around the country while I was
researching the various pumps, and was very please to find that it far
exceeded my rather lofty expectations, at the most critical time. Another
test of how a company is going to respond to you in a crisis, is to call
their help-line and see how long it takes to get an answer.

Animas has a commitment that they not have to go back to injections
ever.....and they stand behind that.....
