I know what you mean. For us, especially in the morning I will have a ratio
set that is working fine to eliminate highs....then all of a sudden I will
have to change it back several "notches" to avoid post bfast lows....for no
particular reason. My doc said something about so many things affecting
insulin sensitivity that it is hard to know if their bodies just get more
and less sensitive. I do know that they have looked at insulin production
in the typical type 1 and found it to be zero.....
