this female also does not have the right to harass you - to your face or to
others...that creates a hostile environment which is also against the
law....sounds to me like this person needs a pink slip....

I agree with this.  You have the legal right to test where you are.  This is
your co-worker's issue, not yours.  I think Harris has given you great
advice.

 Your employer has a legal obligation to allow you to testbased on the

with disabilities act. Forget your co-workers -- you must test and you must
be
allowed to. As long as you are not bleeding all over the place (a
fingerstick!!!) it should be ok. Talk to your HR department if you are being
made uncomfortable. You DO NOT have to satisfy the "woman".
