I just received this notification from Medco.  For everyone that takes a
low dose aspirin a day.

Here's something you should know: aspirin blocks the production of
chemicals known as prostaglandins, which cause the muscles inside of
blood vessels to relax and contribute to a decrease in blood pressure.
Because of this, aspirin can lessen the overall benefit of using
prescription drugs like lisinopril (Prinivil). 

This is just one example of an OTC (over the counter) product that can
interfere with your prescribed medications.
