[IP] Diet

I agree with what Susan said in regard to Protein.  Reducing food groups to
lose weight can be helpful.
Elimination any food group is rarely a good idea. There is a concern with
carbohydrates and counting them
is necessary while pumping. Protein is vital for many things in everyone's
diet. Relying on protein alone or
in a large percentage of a diet will require additional exercise. Excessive
protein, while not a problem with
glucose readings right away, will lead to other problems within a few weeks.
Plant-based protein will eliminate
most if not all of those problems. A plant-based diet is healthy although, I
could never discipline myself to
comply with a fruit and or vegetable diet.
