Phyllis....My experience with them has been just the opposite.  Good service
as to the supplies but completely incapable of processing bills.  Complicating
it is that you can't talk to billing directly.

Six months and they still have not successfully submitted a claim for the pump
or two sets of supplies (to the secondary insurance).  They did get one claim
to them by using a secondary company they own or owns them but it was rejected
because they didn't submit all of the information.

Way too much involvement for them to get the nod as a good provider.
