RE: [IP] Why do some T1's never feel full from eating?

I cant speak to your original question but I can say that for years when I
was on MDI - I was taking too much insulin and was never "hungry". It
didn't mean I was losing weight - I wasn't - I just never had the typical
hunger feelings...

That changed once I went on a pump and got my rates in better line.

Subject: [IP] Why do some T1's never feel full from eating?

Hi,

I was told that T1's have an additional condition (don't know the name of
it)
wherein they don't feel full when eating and generally carry
an extra 10 pounds of weight due to this condition. Has anyone heard of
this?
Can someone help clarify so I can understand?
