Hi Kim,
I don't know anyone using the Spirit here yet ... and it hasn't been 
approved by the FDA in the States so far, so the US won't be any help there 
....  I have the brochure ... the Spirit seems to do pretty much what the 
DTRON did but with a PDA to program it ...

2 thoughts ... access IP mail archives for Britain (it's sold in Europe) and 
see what users can tell you.

Or contact Margie at Roche /AUS and ask for a copy of the manual ... perhaps 
they can provide it "on - line" ?

Alternately, ask Margie to provide contact details for a few people who have 
"swapped"  ..  I have an email address for her if that helps  ...
