[IPu] Super Bolus

This Super Bolus will be in the next edition of Pumping Insulin,
due to be released around March ...........

 Hi there,
I've only been doing this for a few days, but it brings my numbers down a
little bit. Someone on here gave me the link:

Basically, you front-load your basal insulin to combat the rise in BGs at 2
hours. You add your upcoming basal to your mealtime bolus, then set a
temporary 0% basal.

I am off to try a lower-carb breakfast...
