Have you done the thing where you enter three readings 10 to 15 minutes
apart to see if your Dexcom can recalculate itself. That actually works
sometimes. If that doesn't kick start it to work, I would record a few bad
readings and their times or download your receiver and call Dexcom (this can
only be done on weekdays during office hours). On weekends you can call and
just tell them the readings. I always call when I'm having a problem,
because they will record the call and keep a record of it. Good luck.
