No, the Paradigm pumps (such as the 512) use proprietary infusion sets &
reservoirs. There is a company that makes special reservoirs for Paradigm pumps
that will allow you to use luer lock (508) infusion sets so you wouldn't have to
waste those, but your 508 reservoirs won't be of any use.
