No , anyone can be blessed with hammer toes..... Had 5 on left foot , now only
4,  another staph infection and I'll drop another one(or two, or three, or
four)

I have some hammer toes, but had never thought they could be related to my
34 yrs. of IDDM! Sometimes my feet hurt--especially where my toes meet up
with my foot--the joint. I try to buy good shoes, but probably need to see a
foot specialist to get a new foot insole for when I exercise.

I also have the Dupuytren's contracture on my hands--(had surgery to
release
my middle trigger finger yesterday), carpal tunnel in both wrists, etc.
