Michelle, I don't have time to look this up but I thought if you ate enough
fiber it helps to blunt any quick postprandial rise in glucose. I know the
Animas ezManager program takes into consideration the fiber content when
calculating boluses. If I remember right, it has to be 5 grams of fiber or
more. Please check on this further as I'm not 100% sure my brain is
remembering correctly....but I think so....:)

but does fiber, like fat? slow down the digetion process to make the BG
levels different than when little/no fiber is eatec?
