[IP] Re: Vitamin B and Carpel tunnel

The B Vitamins are water soluble, so excesses are peed out...but toxicities
are possible. Mega doses of B6 (pyridoxine) can cause nerve damage to
arms/legs - this can result in burning pain or paralysis or other symptoms of
neuropathy (just the thing you want to avoid). The upper tolerable limit is
100 mg/d. The other B vitamins when taken in excess can cause problems too -
for example too much Vitamin B3 (niacin) can cause liver damage. Too much of
a good thing can turn into a bad thing!

<Anyone have any idea what the recommended <safe dosages/needs of B vitamins
<Is this one of those vitamins that one needs to <be worried about getting
<much of?
