Re: [IP] Vitamin B and Carpel tunnel



Too much of any vitamin isn't wise.
However, the B's are water soluble and the body will excrete what it doesn't
need.

As for my husband (not diabetic) ..... his hand surgeon suggested 500mg B
12, 100 mg B1 and 100mg B6 daily for the next couple of months and then
switch to a good B Complex formulation.

I have read that B Complex is very good for diabetics.

Someone else in the group might have more information about vitamin
supplementation.
It would be interesting to see what they  have found helpful.
