My husband had hand surgery in August and his Dr. told him to take Vitamin B
12, 6 and 1.  The neurologist said the same thing is beneficial for
neuropathy in the extremities.
We both have improved considerably.

Futuro Wrist supports also are GREAT.
I wear the "heavy duty" ones at night.
We also message the area with MSM.
