I occasionally have the night sweats also. I do not know what causes it. I
know, personally, I sweat both when I am low and also when I am extremely
high. Though fortunately, most of the time, my cats wake me up when I am
having a problem. I think they sense something isn't right with their "mom".
Just wanted to let you know that you are not the only one out their.
By the way, I was one of the people who had the meal sweats. Quite
embarrassing!
