I have that problem too. What it is, at least in my case, is the diabetes is
attacking the small bones int the ear and is in turn giving you vertigo.
Talk to your doctor, and he will send you to a ear, nose & throat doctor to
diagnose you with the vertigo. He will then probably give you meclizine or
another type of motion sickness medication. Believe me...it helps
