Re: [IP] Hogwash or ?

Jim,
I think, along with others, if I had not gotten the big D that I would died
from a heart failure. NO HEART COULD STAND UP TO MY LIFESTYLE FOR VERY MUCH
LONGER, I GET THE BIG D AND I STARTED TAKING CARE OF MYSELF. I have died
several times the first time was 55 that was the rate at that time, since that
time the stats have been updated several times and have not been updated for
improvements for use of BS monitors, insulin pumps, better monitoring
techniques ( HbA1c ) and techniques for retarting the bad influence big D on
other organs ,etc.

It seems that the lifespan of big D people has increased. I hope at 80 we
will be talking about the same subjects.
Take Care
Richard

Subject: [IP] Hogwash or ?

Just because I am still alive after almost 36 years with diabetes doesn't
disprove the fact that I am more likely to die because of diabetes and
sooner than if I didn't have it.
