[IP] Re: required reading

For everyone:
*Understanding Insulin-Dependent Diabetes (aka The Pink
Panther book)
9th ed. by H. Peter Chase
*Insulin-Dependent Diabetes in Children, Adolescents and
Adults by
Ragnar Hanas
*Stop the Rollercoaster by John Walsh (sister book to
Pumping
Insulin...this book isn't updated for humalog but is very
good)

For pumpers/prospective pumpers:
*Pumping Insulin 3rd ed. by John Walsh
*The Insulin Pump Therapy Book by MiniMed (Optimal Pumping
will be
out soon...can't wait to get it!)

These books are excellent and have kept us out of trouble.
:)

Take care, Kerri, mom to Shannon (11), dx 11/96, pumping
11/99
