If your husband strictly follows a fixed carb diet (which it sounds like he 
does), and you're having lows like this.  I'd say that this indicates that 
you need to do some fasting basal testing to help you fine tune the basal 
rate settings in the pump . . . There is some great How To pages on this 
process on the IP web site, and John Walsh's book "Pumping Insulin"  (3rd 
edition) also does an excellent job on explaining both the hows and whys of 
basal testing . . .
