[IP] Pump features

Just had another idea for this ideal pump we've been designing.

That is, a DELAYED bolus.

When you're eating something, and you know the Humalog starts acting too
quickly, and you don't want to be bothered about bolusing during or
after the meal, you could set a delayed bolus before you eat, just when
you'd normally eat.

Also, you could bolus part now and part later, and not have to think
about it.

The reason for this is that I find I sometimes need another bolus 2 or 3
hours after a meal -- the food takes longer than the Humalog lasts --
but the square wave is just too gradual. I don't need a STEADY flow on
insulin, I need a peak, just a longer one than Humalog gives.

OK, OK, I know I'm a dreamer!
