[IP] bubbles in syringe

Found a way to get that syringe bubble-free which makes a tremendous
difference in blood sugar control.
1. Make sure needle is on tight.
2. Insert about 150 u. of air into insulin vial
3. Draw into syringe 150 u. of insulin and knock out bubbles. Push some of
the insulin back into the vial to get rid of the bubbles.
4. Draw into the syringe the rest of the insulin and remove from vial.
5. Keep the syringe upside down with the needle facing up until you attach
it to the tubing.
