[IP] RE: Lurline and carbs

Two points:
1.  Any self-respecting Registered Dietitian will tell you that a diet
containing less than 1200 calories per day is DEFICIENT in the nutrients we
all need as adults, ie, vitamins, minerals.

2. Sugar and carbs are NOT the enemy in diabetes. The basic problem is the
lack of insulin to use and store food properly.
