Lori,

My daughter is also having problems with highs after breakfast. I talked to
my CDE today and she suggested changing our carb ratio from 1 unit for every
10 g. CHO to 1 in 8. Also, she suggested doing a fasting blood glucose by
skipping breakfast and checking bg at breakfast time and then again at
lunchtime. Hope this will be of some help to you. Maybe you should check
with your CDE or endo also.
