RE: [IP] Reservoir and Tubing changes

I don't waste any insulin. I empty the tubing back into the reservoir
before discarding. I change sets every three days because that's the
capacity when using the short method in the MiniMed. The 'old' insulin is
injected back into the vial and used to refill a new reservoir. I change
reservoirs with every other set change. That gives me a complete change and
a site only change with each reservoir. So far no problem with insulin
breakdown.

I use the 'freestyle' system with my pump. (I make the rules as I go along.)

Good luck,

Tommy

 I've been playing by the
"rules" so far. Please let me know if anyone has any thoughts on this!
