Yup, I've had knots in my tubing, too. Mostly at night. And several
times, so it's not a fluke. 

Fortunately, none of them have been all THAT tight, but I could see a
problem if they really got pulled on! Can we say NO DELIVERY?????  :S

I don't have any REAL solutions, but I've been shoving the pump toward
the foot of the bed lately, because I think the knots form when the
tubing forms loops and you twist and turn over them and then move the
pump in your sleep. 

I don't really know yet whether this helps, because the knots aren't
THAT common!
