[IP] re: Carb ratios

Wondering if the higher the ratio, the newer the diabetic?  Of course, we 
were high as we slid into full blown diabetes , then worked our way down to 
the average: 15carbs per unit.  Are those who are still high maybe producing 
some insulin of their own still?  Holly
