[IP] record keeping


We use the Disetronic book to keep track of all that info. It has a place to 
put in basals, boluses, carbs, set change etc.  the space below we put in 
what exercise and foods he eats. It makes it nice to look back on and see 
from one day to the next what caused a particular "out of range" to happen. 
They sent me 12 for free.
